From humble beginnings with a single bus transporting workers between Mamelodi and Marabastad, the company has grown into a trusted and dependable transport service provider synonymous with professionalism, safety and reliability, operating across South Africa and selected SADC countries. Officially registered in 2004, Besedi Bus Hire was established with a clear vision: to deliver quality passenger transport solutions while creating employment opportunities and contributing meaningfully to economic development within South Africa.

Driven by the determination and entrepreneurial leadership of its founder, the business expanded steadily over the years. Prior to 2014, the company employed 10 people and had grown its fleet to 20 operational buses by 2014. Today, Besedi Bus Hire has expanded significantly and currently employs over 80 people, reflecting the company’s continued growth and contribution to job creation within the transport sector.

Today, the company continues to grow under second generation leadership, building on the founder’s vision while adapting to the evolving needs of the transport industry. Through continued investment in both new and pre-owned buses, Besedi Bus Hire remains committed to delivering safe, efficient and reliable transport solutions to its clients.
